Our name
Kesher is Hebrew for a knot.
What we do
Build it, shape it, teach it.
Come to us at the "we want to do something with AI" stage. Deciding what to build together is the part that matters most.
Why us
Start small, so you can keep going.
A first step you can afford
We do not open with a grand plan. In two to four weeks you get one working thing, so you can judge it before committing a budget you had no basis for.
Designed through to running it
Who touches this, when, and how? We do not build things without a clear picture of the person operating them. Handover notes and walkthroughs come with the work.
Knowledge that stays with you
Anything built to require us forever becomes a burden. We work in the open and aim to leave you able to change it yourselves.
Work
The work we have taken on.
How it goes
From first call to launch.
Step by step. You can stop at any stage, and you decide each time whether to go on.

Talk it through
We start by listening. A vague problem is fine. If AI is the wrong answer here, we will say so.
- 021 week
Get an assessment
A written view of what is worth building, and what it would take. Enough to make a decision on.
- 032–4 weeks
Build something small
One core feature, real enough to use. If the direction is wrong, this is where we find out cheaply.
- 044–8 weeks
Finish and hand over
We fill in what running it requires, then hand it over with a walkthrough and handover notes.
- 05Ongoing
Grow it with you
Improvements and rollout after launch. From here, a monthly arrangement is an option.
Get started
Give us sixty minutes.
You do not need to know what should be built. Tell us what is getting in the way and we will propose the next move. The conversation is free.
