What we do

Four ways to bring AI into the business.

Take one, or combine them. Start from where you stand.

Start from where you stand

I want to know what AI can actually do

Not the buzzwords — where it bites in your specific work. We start with a conversation and some training.

I want the daily work to get lighter

We find what is being done by hand and replace the smallest useful piece of it first.

I want AI to take root across the team

It never spreads if only a few people can use it. We pair training with tools everyone can reach.

01 / 04

AI application development

We turn the tedious thing you do every day into a tool. Not a general-purpose AI service handed over as-is, but something shaped for that specific job.

What we do

  • Internal tools for sorting, summarising, drafting and searching
  • Knowledge search across your own documents, with sources attached
  • Automation that connects to the systems and SaaS you already run
  • Customer-facing AI features, from concept to launch

What you get

  • A working application
  • Source code and an architecture diagram
  • Walkthrough and handover notes
  • Setup steps for running it

Typical size

2 weeks – 3 months, starting from one feature

02 / 04

Website design and build

Tidying up the visuals does not bring in enquiries or applicants. We start by deciding who should do what.

What we do

  • Corporate and recruitment sites, new or rebuilt
  • Product sites and landing pages
  • A way for your team to make updates without us
  • Measurement and improvement after launch

What you get

  • Design and build of every page
  • An update guide
  • Baseline search-engine setup
  • Launch and domain configuration

Typical size

3 weeks – 2 months, depending on page count

03 / 04

AI consulting

We turn "could AI help us somehow" into "put this, here, in this process." Including the honest answer that you should not build it.

What we do

  • A pass over the work to find where AI actually bites
  • Cost-benefit estimates and a priority order
  • Internal policy for generative AI use
  • Tool selection and an adoption plan

What you get

  • A written picture of the current state and its problems
  • Prioritised initiatives with rough costs
  • Usage policy documents
  • An adoption roadmap

Typical size

2 weeks – 2 months, or a single session

04 / 04

AI training and education

A general lecture changes nothing by Monday. We work from the documents your people actually handle, until they can use it in the room.

What we do

  • Hands-on sessions built per role and per department
  • Decision-focused sessions for managers
  • Literacy programmes for schools and public bodies
  • Follow-up sessions and setting up an internal help desk

What you get

  • The full training material, reusable in-house
  • A prompt library grounded in your work
  • Post-session survey results and open issues
  • A follow-up session

Typical size

Half a day to a multi-part series, from 10 people

Pricing

How we price

We do not publish a rate card. Two projects both called "AI adoption" can differ enormously in the work they need.

Instead, after the first conversation (60 minutes, free) you get a written assessment with the work broken down and a cost estimate. Look at it, and walk away if it does not fit.

Ongoing improvement and rollout support runs monthly, with a report each month on where the time went.

Get started

Give us sixty minutes.

You do not need to know what should be built. Tell us what is getting in the way and we will propose the next move. The conversation is free.
