What we collect
Through the contact form we receive your name, company or organisation, email address, enquiry type and message. The company field is optional.
To prevent abuse we also record a hashed value of the sending IP address and a count of recent submissions. The IP address itself is not stored.
We collect nothing else without telling you.
What we use it for
Only to answer your enquiry, provide an estimate, and communicate about the work.
We do not use it for marketing without your consent.
Sharing and processors
We do not pass your information to third parties except where the law requires it.
We do use Firebase / Google Cloud and Gmail, provided by Google LLC, to store enquiries and send mail. Google processes this data only for those purposes on our behalf.
Keeping it safe
Access is limited to the founder, and all traffic is encrypted in transit.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for three years from the end of the conversation and then deleted. Where the enquiry becomes a paid engagement, records are kept for the period required by law.
If you would like your data removed sooner, tell us and we will remove it.
Access, correction and deletion
To see, correct, restrict or delete the information we hold about you, write to info@kesher-works.com. We will confirm your identity and respond without undue delay.

This site sets no cookies for analytics or advertising.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as the law or our services change. Any revision takes effect when it is published on this page.
