The problem
When only a handful of people can use AI, improvement stays local. Spreading it across a group means growing the number of people who can teach and build — and that needs a programme that keeps running, not a one-off session.
What we did

Designed as a rolling programme: three months per cohort, with a new intake each time

Built around hands-on work using material the participants actually handle, not lectures

Started from mapping the process, then went as far as GAS automations and working apps
- 04
Ran the first cohort at eight people, then scaled to twenty-five once it proved out
The result
Three cohorts have run since November 2025, with fifty-eight people through the programme — thirty-three finished and twenty-five currently enrolled. Another fifty are planned by the end of March 2027. External training work has started too, with six advanced practitioners in progress.
